These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Sark Stays for Sark Seahorse.

By completing a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking

A 50% deposit is required to secure dates. The balance is due 7 days before your arrival. We strongly advise our guests to ensure they have adequate insurance to cover unforeseen medical and cancellation issues for this booking. Although our policy is non-refundable, if we are unable to re-let the accommodation, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in from 3pm and Check-out by 11am. (Luggage storage available). Early arrivals and late departures may be available with prior agreement.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must: Treat the property with care and respect Report any damage or issues promptly Follow all House Rules provided Leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure Ensure only the booked number of guests stay overnight

5. Damages & Additional Charges

We reserve the right to charge for: Damage to the property or contents Missing items Excessive cleaning required Violation of House Rules Evidence will be provided before any charge is applied.

6. Pets

Pets are not permitted at Sark Seahorse.

7. Smoking & Parties

Smoking is not allowed inside the property Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

8. Liability

Sark Stays is not liable for: Loss or theft of personal belongings Guest injuries resulting from misuse of the property Disruptions beyond our control, including weather, transport issues, or utilities

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Channel Islands.
